Jae W. You, L.Ac, is a licensed acupuncturist dedicated to taking a holistic and integrative approach to treating musculoskeletal and other pain conditions. He aims to identify and address the underlying root causes and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to the pain. He uses acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, and Tui-Na manual therapy to improve overall bodily functions, as well as to releasing pain-causing factors in the localized pain areas including inflammation, muscle tightness, poor blood and lymphatic circulation, etc.
Dr. You received his Master’s in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture from the Southern California University and received specialized training through the university’s Acupuncture Orthopedics Program. Previous to his training as an acupuncturist, he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
Dr. You specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain conditions, digestive conditions, respiratory conditions, stress, and anxiety. Prior to Elim Acupuncture Group, he worked at the Spine and Orthopedic Center and at Porter Ranch Medical Center in Southern California.

Hyo D. Jeong L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist who specializes in pain management and neurological disorders, including dementia and Parkinson’s Disease. He received his Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine from the Southern California University of SOMA and has been practicing for over a decade in the Los Angeles and Orange County area. He has also been a professor at Golden State University, School of Acupuncture, teaching clinical myology, also known as trigger point therapy.
He possesses specialized skills in cupping, Gua Sha, and therapeutic physical therapy and exercise. Prior to his background in acupuncture, Dr. Jeong was a graduate of the South Korean Military Academy and served as an active duty military officer for a number of years. He received his Master’s Degree from the Korea National Defense University.
Prior to being Elim Acupuncture Group practitioner for the past few years, Dr. Jeong worked with injury patients at Pain Management & Rehabilitation Medical Clinic in Buena Park.

Jae J. Son L.Ac, is a licensed acupuncturist who obtained her Master of Science degree at Sam Ra University of Oriental Medicine. She studied traditional Chinese and Korean internal medicine, which focuses on acupuncture theory, Chinese herbal medicine, biomedicine, infertility, and immunology among other topics. She is currently pursuing a doctorate degree at the University of South Baylor.
She has been practicing full time since 2002, as an acupuncturist using a variety of methods, such as electric acupuncture, ear acupuncture, 4-needle technique, constitutional acupuncture, and taping.
Dr. Son specializes in pain management related to the lower back, neck, Sciatica, fibromyalgia, and diet related pain symptoms. She also provides treatment for infertility, emotional mental disorder, internal disorder, and general health evaluation based on symptomatology.
